To use, hold the tube's top lip while gently pushing up on the bottom of the tube with your thumb. Apply as needed several times daily to soothe and relieve any area of discomfort in your body. When finished, push the balm back down into the tube using the palm of your hand.  Keep balm stored in a cool, dry place.  Refrigerate for a nice cooling effect on your skin.

A sensitivity test on the inside of the wrist is recommended prior to use. This product is intended for external use only, and contact with the eyes should be avoided.
