To use, hold the tube's top lip while gently pushing up on the bottom of the tube with your thumb. For calming, apply to any area with the least amount of hair, such as the belly, or inside of ears.  For skin issues, apply several times a day to the affected area until it returns to normal. When finished, push the balm back down into the tube using the palm of your hand.  Keep balm stored in a cool, dry place.
