To use, hold the tube's top lip while gently pushing up on the bottom of the tube with your thumb. Apply after bathing to soothe and soften rough, cracked heels and feet. When finished, push the balm back down into the tube using the palm of your hand.  Keep balm stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate for a nice cooling effect on the skin.

A sensitivity test on the inside of the wrist is recommended prior to use. This product is intended for external use only, and contact with the eyes should be avoided.
