HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We generally ship your order in 3-5 business days, but some orders may take up to 14 business days.

How long your package takes for delivery depends on several factors, such as distance, weather conditions, the carrier, etc.  Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days and sometimes even sooner. 

We will send you an email with tracking information once your order ships.  You can also find the tracking number from within your account if you were logged into your account during checkout.  Please note it may take 1-3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We now ship to the United States, Canada, and International countries.  

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF THE TRACKING FOR MY PACKAGE SHOWS "SHIPMENT RECEIVED, PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE PENDING?

The carrier has picked up your package and is waiting for the initial scan.  The tracking will usually update after 1-3 business days, but in rare instances, the tracking status may not change.  No need to worry as this means the carrier forgot to scan your package, and in most cases, the package will still get delivered as usual without any further tracking updates.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

We mainly ship your packages through USPS.  Canadian and International packages are shipped through DHL.

CAN I REQUEST EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping, so we recommend you order well ahead of time if you need your products for a specific date. 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE SHIPPING COSTS?

Your products are packaged with special care and attention to help make sure they arrive intact and safely.  The shipping cost reflects both the packaging and the price it costs to ship your package to you.  Destination, weight, and the number of items are all factors that may increase the shipping cost.

Please note that USPS and other carriers are increasing their rates this holiday season, which may result in slightly higher shipping fees.  Below is a note from the USPS regarding their rates.  We appreciate your understanding.

What are the USPS rate increases? 

The forecasted additional revenue from the time-limited increase will depend on the volume of packages shipped between Oct. 3 and Dec. 26, 2021 – the period the Postal Service historically refers to as its holiday peak season.

The planned price changes include the following:

Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Parcel Select Ground, and USPS Retail Ground:

  • $0.75 increase for PM and PME Flat Rate Boxes and Envelopes.
  • $0.25 increase for Zones 1-4, 0-10 lbs.
  • $0.75 increase for Zones 5-9, 0-10 lbs.
  • $1.50 increase for Zones 1-4, 11-20 lbs.
  • $3.00 increase for Zones 5-9, 11-20lbs.
  • $2.50 increase for Zones 1-4, 21-70 lbs.
  • $5.00 increase for Zones 5-9, 21-70 lbs.
