Refund policy

We here at Blessed Bee Botanicals strive for excellence and customer satisfaction! However, we also realize that not everyone's body responds the same to different botanicals. That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. So, if you do not love your product after using it for a few days or weeks, get in touch with us. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Bulk orders cannot be refunded.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After we receive your refund request, you will receive a free return shipping label.  Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded to your original payment method within five business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us if more than ten business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund.

There is no restocking fee, and there are no final sale items.
