To use, hold the tube's top lip while gently pushing up on the bottom of the tube with your thumb. Apply at bedtime to the back of the neck, inside of wrists, and bottom of the feet. When finished, push the balm back down into the tube using the palm of your hand.  Keep balm stored in a cool, dry place.  Refrigerate if melting occurs or for a nice cooling effect on the skin.

Please note that this product is not suitable for individuals with bee allergies, pregnant women, nursing mothers, or children under two years of age. A sensitivity test on the inside of the wrist is recommended prior to use. This product is intended for external use only, and contact with the eyes should be avoided. It is important to understand that this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
