To use, hold the tube's top lip while gently pushing up on the bottom of the tube with your thumb. Apply several times a day to the top of the spine, back of the neck, temples, across the forehead, bottom of the feet, and inside of the wrists and elbows.  When finished, push the balm back down into the tube using the palm of your hand.  Keep balm stored in a cool, dry place.  Refrigerate for a nice cooling effect on your skin.

A sensitivity test on the inside of the wrist is recommended prior to use. This product is intended for external use only, and contact with the eyes should be avoided.
