To use, hold the tube's top lip while gently pushing up on the bottom of the tube with your thumb. Apply at night to the back of the neck, temples, inside of wrists and elbows, and bottom of the feet. When finished, push the balm back down into the tube using the palm of your hand. Keep balm stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate for a nice cooling effect on the skin.

I received several products, the bye bye bug balm, sweet dreams sleep balm, peaceful spirit calming balm, and the Peppermint foot balm! I absolutely love the packaging!
